Netflix

Pretty sure Jacky Brown came after Pulp Fiction which cane after Reservoir Dogs .
X2 Reservoir Dogs was his first film. I though Jackie Brown was a great movie.

****SPOILER*******

I love how he killed off Chris Tucker right at the beginning establishing Samuel Jacksons character as a ruthless SOB. It just made you hate him as Tucker was known for his very likable role on Friday. Everyone was like "cool Smokeys gonna be in this.......aww crap that SOB killed him already.

Just for done watching Breaking Bad and Black is he new orange...watching one of my favorites That's 70's Show. Anyone have any other suggestions for a good tv series?

Hemlock Grove was pretty good, so far, it's the only Netflix original series I've watched.

Season 3 of Transformers Prime is up. I'm grateful that this show continues to be produced. Disney really disappointed when it cancelled Tron: Uprising.

Season 5 of Fringe is supposed to be up, but to date, I can't access it.

I really enjoyed "House of Cards". That is the only Netflix original I have watched.

Hell on Wheels, Weeds, Sons of Anarchy to name a few.

I believe it's scheduled to be up after Labor Day. They had put it up early but took it back down.

Seems Prime has been ended and they're going with an offshoot. Finished season 3 today and the ending made me look it up.

Thanks guys I'll check some of them out. I'm on season 7 of Weeds right now. Thinking about starting SOA and Hell on Wheels next. Isn't that set in time during the civil war? I like that time period. It's going to be hard to too Breaking Bad now though lol.

If you like That 70s show then you will love Freaks and Geeks. It's similar but not so sitcom-y.

Freeks and Geeks was simply awesome and it's sad it only got one season on NBC; which actually it didn't even get all its episodes aired, some never aired until syndication.

Undeclared is also great and is kind of the spiritual successor to F&G. Originally Judd Apatow wanted pretty much the same cast from F&G but Fox shot him down and only Seth Rogan was retained, though Jason Segel had a recurring role and at least 2 others made guest appearances.

Also a fun fact, Rogan had written an early draft of the Superbad script while on Undeclared, and a DVD extra (that you find on YouTube) shows a reading of the script. Originally Rogan and Segel were going to play the Jonah Hill and Michael Cera parts but by the time the movie got the green light, Rogan and Segel were too old to play high school students.

After I finished F&G I started Undeclared but couldn't get into it.

It would be awesome if they did a F&G movie that was like a 10 year reunion or something. I pictured Lindsey going off to become a cynical journalist or something.

Recently the wife and I have been watching Parenthood. It's not really that great, has a ton of flaws, but it's incredibly addicting.

We laugh about how the characters act like they are stressed out and have no time for anything yet are seemingly able to be anywhere at any given moment.

Yeah I like Parenthood. The "drama" is cheesy at times, but I'm partial to any show with Hayden Fox on it.

Are there movies or tv shows removed from Netflix for any reason?

I recall watching the Tv show Reaper, then the next day when searching for it it's no longer there.

Some come and go. I assume it is part of the contract with the distributor, but there's no real rhyme or reason to it that I've seen. If you look at your queue on the computer the list will show if it going away soon.

Usually means the contract to have it on is up. I hate it when something has been on there and when I finally get around to watching it, it's gone.

Like a store in the mall or in your City that closed a darn shame.

Surface
A secret cabal that the Governemnt doesn't know about making it simiar to Men In Black, a new species, and the cabal that will cover it up if neccessary.
Is there something else in the water if you are fan of these kind of tv shows that has this then you will really like surface.
You don't find out informaiton about the Cabal until very late in Season one. I found it hard to finish watching epsiodes knowing it's a cancelled tv show with only one season, and cliffhangers.

This is a cancelled tv show there is only one season.
