Netflix

Someone had mentioned Fathead, I've been watching it in blocks. So far it's pretty good and the parts where he mocks Spurlock had me laughing.

i ended up watching cocaine cowboys this morning. one of the best documentarys i've watched in a long time.

Great, great film. I give it a B- as a documentary, as he spends more time on tall tales than actual information during times, but gives great insight to how south FL actually was in the early 80's and how Miami became Miami.

Why? I thought it was interesting because the last movie of his that I watched was Walk the Line.

I was really excited about watching it, cause I have enjoyed almost every Joaquin Phoenix film I had watched, but all that movie did was make me hate him. He was a rich jerk that was obsessed with himself the whole time. It was awkward and uncomfortable to watch. I don't even care if it was a hoax. I wasn't amused. I can usually find at least some small things I like in bad movies, but i just couldn't in this one. I'm not downing you or anything, but just thinking about that movie somehow brings out the worst in me.

currently started The Office, season 1 and 2 are classic. completely forgot about Packer taking a dump in Michaels office and Michael saying that he did it out of love.

Watched The Rise and Fall of WCW,i didnt know Vince had muscled his way on TBS earlier in the game. It's amazing to look back and see the importance of the AOL/Time Warner merger. Honestly ended alot of the south's identity with "our superstation". It's a shame the way they wiped away every one of Ted Turner's footprints. I miss shows starting on the 5's..

All the CBS stuff got added today. Just dropped Twin Peaks and Twilight Zone in the queue. Looks like they removed all the FOX stuff so King of the Hill, Arrested Development, etc. Are gone.

Apparently netflix was missing an episode in season one. I could not find the episode where Rudy kidnapped the sister. It said "DVD only"

Was this an April Fool's Day joke? Because they all are still there.

Just rolled through Spartacus.

The beginning and ending sucked, but the middle episodes were addictingly good.

Lionsgate Television is finalizing a deal with Netflix for the exclusive internet streaming rights of AMC’s Mad Men. The deal covers the previously broadcast four seasons, and the rest of the run through season seven. The deal is estimated to have cost Netflix around $1 million an episode (which adds up to something like $75 million to $100 million total).

The first four seasons of Mad Men will be available to Netflix subscribers beginning on July 27th 2011 on the company’s popular Netflix Instant Streaming service. The upcoming seasons won’t be added on an episode-by-episode basis, but instead by season. The Wall Street Journal explains that once the final episode of the fifth season airs on AMC in 2012, that entire season will also be made available online.
