Into second season of Santa Clarita Diet...This show is so freakin hilarious. The humor is even better so far in season 2, the cast has really settled into their roles now, and the writing is more consistently on point. Such a weird goofy show..love it.

Anyone start that Flint Town documentary?

Watched a couple episodes yesterday and it’s pretty good so far. I enjoy that kind of stuff.

My kids started watching the 2009 computer animated Garfield Show..

It.... is.... terrible.

The animation looks like early early CG quality. It does not fit the comic strip character at all. It’s worse because their lips don’t even come close to moving with their mouths.

But the kids like it so I’m forced to endure it in spurts.

This Santa Clarita Diet is pretty funny. I've never cared too much for Tim Olyphant in serious roles, but his comedic timing is really good.

So you like him in comedic roles (which I actually do also, thought his character in The Girl Next Door was hilarious but...) you don’t care for him in Deadwood or Justified?

I love Deadwood, but I thought he was a weak link.

I wasn't able to stick with Justified, largely because of him.

Weird...I mean that is just really weird to me. I thought he brought those two characters to life. Seeing him in a comedic role was really weird to me, not because he is bad at it, but bevause I'm so used to seeing him in badass roles, but after two seasons of SCD I'm getting used to it, he is really good. Him And Goggins were pure gold playing off each other in Justified.

He is really good. His range is enormous. I have to say I have gained even more respect for TO after watching Santa Clarita Diet though..His timing is genius also. They are two great actors imo, and it was cool we got to see them work together in a great show like Justified.

Just started Santa Clarita Diet. If I had known Timmothy Oliphant was in it I would have checked it out a long time ago! Huge fan since Deadwood & Justified.
