My great friend and confidante, my bro-in-law in somerset who gave me so much counsel the 20 yrs is dead. Dads been in the ground a month. Moms broke her hip. I need my wife so much right now.
This is a bad time fora long weekend

Just found out a girl that went to school with me was killed in a wreck this weekend. She just posted last week on FB that her mom had cancer. Sometimes life just isn't fair.

Thanks, folks. Last night was very dark. At lunch yesterday, somebody started talking about "last wishes" and DNR and some conspiracy about doctors bypassing DNRs, and I had just gotten the news about my brother-in-law and I had to make a lot of decisions for my wife (as you already know). All that talk yesterday, then finding Dad's Living Will while looking for mom's just put that on my brain. I hadn't drunk anything, but I'd had my sleep pills and I started questioning some of the decisions I had made. It's difficult to explain, really. I don't feel like I did a good job of just explainin it.

I know that you did the absolute best that you could do....but I know what you are feeling and I did the same thing after my Mother passed....just remember that you did good friend

Not to be dramatic but between yesterday and today being 9/11 I think the country could use a lot of prayers.

On top of that a couple of weeks ago an 18 year old was murdered at a party in my town.

Just pray for the state of the world imo.

Me too, especially kids. We found out also that he was tge nephew of a couple we go to church with.
