This is what nobody else on this thread will be honest enought to say ... you're out gunned. I hate Bamma but if there's one team that you can't really win a football stats debate against it is them. They also just won the NC.

Reality is if they hadn't of went on probation, they would propbably have atleast 1 more championship. Football is big in TN, very big, and we have some fanatic fans (myself included) but all Bama fans are fanatics and football is God down there.

On a side note, if you've ever been to Bama just feel sorry for the guys. They have football, hunting, and their sisters. Someone once asked my wife (who clearly looks asian) when we were stopping off for gas on our way to New Orleans if she was from Mexico. Not the brightest of states. Kinda the country's crapper.

Hey dude...I don't post on threads on how to bash Kentucky or vandy or whoever. I didn't even come on this thread and give the guy advise on how to bust on Bama. Yes...those NC rings look great, be proud because everyone one of them was earned. But yes the younger Alabama fan base displays a lot less class. I tell you one thing that I don't do...is cruise Bama forums. The younger generation of bama fans are the first ones to put those row tide sweatshirts in the attic in bad times and piss and moan on talk radio. National Championship....they have come out of nowhere. Basically what i am telling the guy asking for advise is to not sweat it. We don't have to trash talk with Bama fans. Not to many years ago i couldn't get a bama to look me in face in public because the program was a laughing stock. Those days will come again. This guy just has to be patient. Oh and I appreciate you replying to my comment but i noticed you failed to comment on the "WE JUST BEAT THE HELL OUT OF YOU".

To make a long story short, this lack of sportsmanship you speak of isn't a Bama issue, it's a cultural one. This forum should be evident of that. What's missing today in sports is the same abnormality we see on the field as well. It has no borders, nor exception to the rule. It is the state of college football.

If you want to impress me, stand up and tell orange nation it's every bodies problem, including yours. I'll stand up and cheer for you. I might even confess my guilty pleasures.

It's the least I can do, for all the new found contempt and disdain you are about to receive from your different, and more refined football nation.

Did they ever take the trophy to Sam's Club or are they just trying to act sophisticated by keeping it in WalMart?

I once dated a girl from Alabama. She told me I was better than her daddy but not as good as her brother but kissed better than her sister.

Do you think Tn. will have a NC trophy by year 3 of DD? or a Heisman? Both trophies along with the SEC championship trophy are now on campus, they might be on display on ESPN while they're in town for the spring game. You can watch the game April 17 on ESPN, oh by the way, is Tn.'s spring game on nation TV this year? Didn't think so. Even Auburn is on ESPNU.

Oh, the beaches that the people in Daytona and Panama City look down their noses at. Congrats on those.

Have you ever been to these beaches? Any beaches along the Gulf Coast from Mobile to Port St. Joe, Florida are all about the same. You have probably never been out of the hills of Tn. anyway.

Yeah, that guy needs to get some culture. Florida's panhandle and Southern Alabama are most definitely the places to get it.

That's true. I've never left rural East TN. Looking forward to it someday.

That said, the rednecks 'round the holler make a pilgrimage to their Riviera every year and told me they wouldn't consider the shatholes in southern AL because of the trash - beaches and people. Maybe they're just finicky rednecks or high falutin' ones.

Been to Dolphin Island. Wasn't impressed. Let's face it, Florida only had so much room for trailer parks and had to draw the state line somewhere. You've got beach front property the same way as Juno Alaska does. It's a beach and it touches salt water but that's about it.

Nashville is considered the medical research center of the country and many business like Nissan US division are headquartering there. Alabama has no major industry moving to its state. You're West Virginia with a better football team.

Key the banjo's Billy Bob its Klan meeting time ...

The sophomoric pissing contest on this thread is digusting. The great Tennessee/Alabama rivalry is one of the most storied and respected in all of college football, going back to the 20's with the General. Through the years, we have won with grace, and lost with dignity. This gutteral exchange on such a hallowed rivalry is shameful, at least , for us who can still feel shame. GO VOLS and ROLL TIDE!!!

Thank goodness you'll be bringing no more of this kind of silliness back to this awful and gutteral exchange (really awkward use of that word BTW).

For the record, I am definitely ashamed.

I stopped being ashamed when I stuck my tongue to a telephone pole during Winter and it got stuck. Flick never did apologize to me for that. The whole class laughed at me. Some memories are hard to forget.

I'm ashamed that anyone would put go Vols and roll tide in the same sentence.

Not awkward at all, and you got it right, BigPapa, as usual. Good night and good luck, my friend.

Awkward response as well.

Curiosity is getting me: why come back after we shamed you so?

Thanks for leaving off that absurd signoff.

Ever heard of Mercedes, Honda, or Hyundai, Space & Rocket Center? Beach and salt water? How many ships can you build in Tn. or launch a cruise ship? West Virginia produced a pretty good coach too. The Klan actually had its beginnings in Tn., so don't even go there. Didn't Tn. have a quarterback by the name of Billy Bob?
