So I work for a international company and all my colleagues live in London. This obviously makes them huge futbol (soccer) fans. I’m trying to convince them to watch a Vols game and take an interest in American football. What is the best hype video I can send them to get them excited for Vols football?

Thanks for any help in advance!
Go Vols!!

Good luck with that. I think it is just an American born tradition with most people. They might become slightly interested or curious, but most will likely never be to the level we are at with the Vols. Could they ever get you that passionate about their soccer team? Anyway, I'm Just speaking for myself.

But, try National Championship Game against Florida State, just about any Florida game, or Alabama games before at least 20 years ago. They probably have heard of Peyton Manning, so classic games with him.
Good Luck.

wait until next year when Neyland hopefully can be at capacity again, buy them all tickets to the Georgia game, fly them over here, and get them on campus early for plenty of prime time tailgating.....
maybe you can write it off as a business expense....

No "hype video" can take the place of the actual experience. And "hype videos" are only valued by those of us who have seen with our own eyes a Tennessee Vols football Saturday.

Good luck with those limey wankers...

One reason "they" have trouble with football is the complexity of the game and rules. It takes quite a long time to learn how to understand and appreciate football. For me watching soccer is like watching paint dry (I admit I don't want know soccer rules,, and don't care) I expect football is even more looking like a confused scramble than the boring running event that soccer events are to me. To each his own..:)

It's tough across the pond. I spent a month in Australia years ago. Was staying in a hostile in Pt. Douglas for about a week - it's a rainforest around there and sure enough there were torrential downpours about every night. Just happened to be cricket season ( I think the equivalent of the world series). I was sitting at an outdoor table with a metal roof, loud rain pounding down, with some Aussies and perhaps a Kiwi or two. I asked them to explain cricket and they made a deal that I had to explain football (gridiron they called it) to them. I never did quite grasp cricket, except like baseball seemed it might never end. Then I got to explaining football. 4 downs to make ten yards, the chains to measure on the sidelines, onside kicks, offsides, 2 point conversions etc. They glazed over like a Krispy Kreme, and one of them looked at me and said "That is harder than bloody chess"! Will never forget that statement.

Well, you could tell them that the cheerleaders do a strip show at halftime. Beyond that, I'm at a loss.

You could edit out Botch on the first video somehow and TT I would request that only the female cheerleaders strip at half time.

Just tell them about the time back in 2013, when an American Football coach got hired to coach in the Premiership.
