Nebraska vs. Cincinatti

Hope Nebraska can be competitive this year—ready to see someone besides Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State represent the BIG. Would like to see an old, traditional power do well again.
I feel the same way. I’d much rather see Nebraska do well than many of the other programs in that conference.

Nebraska doesn’t look very good. I feel like they’ve stayed in the wilderness about as long as we did. Rhule is good football coach at least. Maybe he’ll fix it for them.
Nope. They look underwhelming considering some hype some were putting on them.

Personally, Nebraska canceling their series with us told me everything I need to know about Rhule. He is mentally soft and a wuss. And as it is commonly said, teams tend to take after the identity of their HC.

Raiola is too slow. He has a decent arm. But he moves too slow and his decision making is a few ticks behind. For someone who mimics Mahomes he doesn't maneuver in the pocket as well or can throw while backpedaling...which is what makes Mahomes great.

Nebraska's defense is terrible.

They're lucky that Cincinnati's QB can barely pass, and none of their receivers can catch tonight.

Rhule teaching his QB to throw the check down every other throw is enigmatic of why he is so bad in one score games. He plays not to lose. Is soft. Doesn't instill swagger or confidence. Etc. That is why Cincinnati has a chance to win this game right now

“Loudest stadium in the world” my ass. Almost as ridiculous as that 142.2 decibel claim for the Chiefs they’ve been flashing on their board all night.
