NCAA Violations

The NCAA Committee on Infractions called the University of Alabama a "serial repeat violator" with an "abysmal infractions track record" and an "extensive recent history of infractions cases unmatched by any other member institution in the NCAA," in responding to the school's textbook appeal, according to documents released today.

From Alabma's appeal last year.

Al is a cycle: goods team, great team, Nc, probation or something causing them to lose past games, good team, great team NC, probation or something that causes them to lose past game ...

oh and through in the occasional hooker in a motel room every 20 years.

just saw where the ncaa is allowing juniors and seniors transfer from usc to any other school they want without having to sit out a year and usc would have to let them go no questions asked. Any school can make contact with them too. Oh how I would love for us to steal some players from them and not a thing ole kiff can do about it. just some karma hitting him in the face like a mike tyson hook! GBO

Can anyone give me a link that shows university rankings for rule infractions?

I dont think the NCAA releases that.

you'd have to find someone who keeps up with it like people do with off the field player problems...and I'm not sure anyone really does since not all these make media

USA today ran a "ranking" of teams with the most major violations in a neat little chart. I'll see if I can dig it up.

EDIT: Now that I look at the link, I believe that is the same "Hall of Fame" chart on the left of bleedorange's post.
