His perjury convictions, which a federal judge essentially gutted by diverting them, are meaningless mistakes made by a teenager. I don't think Chris was ever convicted of assault. If you have something that proves he was, I would like to see it.

He was not convicted of assault ... he pled nolo to the charges and then they were dismissed.
