i'm totally failing to make the connection. Whether they went to UT or not, if they are jumping on the bandwagon now that they are winning, they are nothing but frontrunners.

If you're just picking teams at random that you like to root for, then sure. But when it's your alma mater, they represent you. They are "we" and "us" in a way that no pro sports team can ever be. Was I a bandwaggoner when I started watching the girls' softball last year? No way. Supporting my school's teams is like supporting my own family.

And I sat through way too many Wade Houston games as student to be accused of jumping on a bandwagon.

I root for UT first and foremost in everything, but I am a Duke basketball fan next because of Coach K. I'm not frontrunning in the least.
