well i do agree that UGA and TN are vying for one of the SEC spots........i think our ooc resume is a bit better than theirs, we need to step up our in conf. resume, obviously. and a good place to start would be by beating them.My take on where all of the SEC teams are if the bracket was issued tonight:
SECE
Florida (19-2, 6-0), a #1 seed
Kentucky (16-5, 5-2), a #6 seed
Vanderbilt (15-6, 5-2), a #6 seed
UGA (13-6, 5-2), a #9 seed
UT (14-7, 2-4), out
SC (12-7, 2-4), out
I have UT and SC out for the simple reason that they are .333 in conference. If they were .500, they'd be in the bracket in my book, but low seeds. In other words, my feeling right now is that UT is in a position where it must now play its way into the tournament. I don't think SC gets in, barring a huge run.
Interestingly, with that crtieria in mind, NONE of the SECW teams is in because none has a winning conference record right now!
disagree likley has nothing to do with it, it probably has more to do with the fact that you're a FL fan and all is rosy in lizardville. the daily reminder about our current situation is not necessarily needed, considering where FL is.......:thumbsup:Why? You disagree?

while i'm sure it's fun for you........some here actually may not think so? i'm just guessing of course........![]()
we need to win some games. that's about it. discuss freely.
I don't think a discussion of where things stand is "fun" or "not fun." Its just a discussion. Besides, its not like you are out of it. Its just a launching pad for conversation about what you need to do to get where you want to be.
