P.S. look at those sack numbers, yikes.

Agreed...I STILL think Tennessee is incapable of developing a cohesive and efficient Offensive Line...

Weak draft class, some of the best numbers in the country, he’s gonna leave. Be silly to stay.

I’m just surprised at the lack of serious draft interest so far. I think Kiper had him as only the #8 QB, which puts him on the edge of UDFA territory. Especially given the weak class at QB this year, there could be a historically low number of them drafted.

Why has this been such a problem for us over so many coaching regimes?

I was hoping we had made some progress this year, and a few guys have improved. But, overall, I am not sure we are any better than past years - we just have a more mobile QB.

Under Pruitt there was no excuse to have a weak OL. That one falls squarely on coaching. Now, we have a mash unit so I can understand it. Need to get some depth before I can judge OL coaching.

UGA's hobbit QB is pretty highly rated too.

Bennett is also a very heady qb and knows what he is doing behind center and running their offense. His escapability and ability to run are underrated. He is sneaky and elusive - I like his game but love me some Hooker. What a blessing we have him. Hit the qb lottery there. Hooker makes life easy for this offensive staff.

Hooker has had an amazing year. I think you've got to credit Heupel's influence too, Hooker looks much better than he ever did at VPI. Agree on Bennett. GA fans being the morans they usually are criticize the hell out of him. Hopefully he will leave them after this year and go somewhere he is appreciated.

Hard to have cohesion with the injuries and lack of depth this year. This past week was the first time the starting o-line has practiced together since preseason.

I'm sure Bennet will be as shifty as a rabbit next week.
