Anybody had a moment in NCAA Football 2006 that just plain pissed you off? I had one of these experiences just a moment ago when I was Georgia Tech against Florida St. down 28-14 late in the fourth. I fought back late in the game to make it 28-27 and got in position for a field goal. But i didnt have any time outs left and as I was getting into position to kick the game winner, time expired. Florida St. won 28-27 :realmad:

Anytime your receivers just drop passes for no reason... I was playing as Colorado State, lost to Colorado after having 8 consecutive incompletions, 6 to all of which were delivered perfectly. Receiver seperates from from single coverage, I have a decent QB who sets back, plants his feet, has an open lane and delivers a good touch pass and the receiver drops it.

I crank the receiving sliders waaaaaaay up for this reason.

i was playing online on a 6 game win streak. i was playing a guy 2 levels higher then me and he was lsu. i was up 35-7 on him with 2 minutes left in the fourth quarter and my controller got disconnected, (thats what the game said it didnt come out of the port) and when the controller gets disconnected, it goes as a forfeit.

i had great stats erased, and it prevented me from moving up a level.

It pisses me off when I'm kicking a field goal with just a little time left and the kicker just piddles around until time expires. '07 really needs a hurry-up field goal unit.

I believe it was during my second year on dynasty, but I was playing at Arkansas. During my win streak I had won by an average of 71-17.

Well Peyton Hillis decided he was going to carry the ball 24 times for 259 yards and run for 3 touchdowns.

The bad thing is that I was up late in the fourth. Arkansas drove 94 yards while converting 4 fourth down attempts with pass interference calls.

That still is my only loss. The only other loss I have ever had on NCAA football was the 2003 version against Miami.

I was playing at Miami up 42-14 at halftime. My first three drives I attempted passes and had them picked off and run back for touchdowns. I decided to run the ball and I fumbled three straight attempts and had them run back for touchdowns.

Talk about needing vasoline for the shaft!

Dynasty: Tenn v. Georgia.

2nd quarter, 2 minutes till halftime.

I pinned Georgia on thier own 3 yard line. Shockley was knocked out on the previous possesion. The Qb throws a quick screen to Pope.

I jump all over it Like I knew what was coming. Pope breaks FIVE tackles and runs 97 yards to tie the game.

ha. ha....

Playing against Reggie Bush makes me wanna tair my hair out...

goshhhh i know
i was playing with some friends last night and two of them were playing, one was usc, and reggie bush wasnt stopped...
my friend finally, instead of getting mad, mocked the game... and the rest of the night instead of saying "oh god... or "well god".. he would say "oh my reggie!!"

i also hate when your in a dynasty pretty far in, and the week before the champ. games the #2 team will jump ahead of UT because we play vandy or someone

So Last night I decide to continue my sophomore heisman campaign - bad idea.

after laying it to cal I started my game against memphis. They won the toss and deffered - my return man fumbles on the 8 yard line - touchdown soon after. I went on to throw four interceptions and fumble it over 2 more times. All of the INT's were becasue the reciever knocked it up in he air- 3 were returned for TD's - I turned the damn thing off after the 6th turnover.

That's what bugged me about Madden. The challenge in Heisman mode always came from cheap shots by the computer, not actual challenge.

NFL 2k5 was made by Sega and was a pretty decent game - and at only $20 - I think EA has all the NCAA liscensing tied up.

You don't like hearing every thing over and over again?

Herby saying, "While I prefer an option style offense in college, I can appreciate......."

I hear that every game because I am pass happy....... :biggrin2:

the dropped passes for no reason totally drive me crazy. Highschoolers make some of the grabs they have them dropping. If it was an technical pass i'd understand or if the reciever was terrible but when you have star recievers dropping easy catches it drives you crazy.

Exactly. It just has you dropping them at random times. If you through a good pass to a good receiver seperated from single coverage or without coverage altogether, he ought to catch that pass 98% of the time.
