Luvtotha9s has the best rosters for ps3. Follow him on twitter or his forum for updates about when his rosters will be ready to download.
Operation Sports NCAA forum has a roster specific sub forum that has multiple threads containing info for multiple roster editors for both ps3 and 360

Like everyone else said, it'll be the end of the week before 100% rosters are done. My plan is to get a partial roster (usually have big schools finished) and do UT myself and then start a RTG. And then start my dynasty when a good full roster drops.

Who cares? They have to put things in here wrong so they don't get sued by former players.

The only thing they started putting in wrong was actual names of hometowns, the state is right though. They don't screw anything else up on purpose. Not numbers, heights, weights, etc. If you don't play online ranked games you are free to do all the lame stuff you want. Make everybody a 99 or whatever.

Use the rosters under the PSN volstopfan14. They are Tennessee only. These are great Tennessee rosters to hold you over until the full rosters are released. This is for PS3.

Great job to volstopfan14! One thing though, you got Milton as 87 but I
think it is 85? Excellent! Hope luvtotha9s shows us the same love!

I need someone to tell me that the ps3 version of ncaa 12 is problem free. The guys at gamestop said they were getting complaints about a blurry screen on the ps3. EA told a guy that it won't work well if you have hdmi cables. He said it worked with av cables. I thought that sounded weird but it made me wonder if I should buy it because I have hdmi cables and I thought everyone with a high def tv did. Has anyone had any problems with a ps3 with hdmi cables on this game? I really want to buy this game!

Works fine here. Has anyone noticed while playing on the D line that you cant run towards the qb? Its kinda delayed or something?

I guess I am ignorant to all this stuff. How do I get to the roster?
