Yes, but I never said that it would reach Miami. I just said that perhaps it was heading to Miami (or any other city for that matter) instead of Chicago. In that case, the train may never reach Chicago if Chicago is never a destination city.
Really? Look at an interstate map and look at rail lines on a map. Rail has a singular destination in mind and were built at a time of simpler property ownership and use. Roads are a web.
You'd be surprised.
