They should put a limit on how many transfers a school could take in a year, just like they limit the number you can sign in a classDon't think it would be that dramatic, and it's going to happen. An outgoing coach would not be able to take his whole team with him. There would uproar with the newly employing school over him cutting all the existing players.
FACTSI think it's a great rule for UT-- it would help redistribute upper level talent that's being stockpiled at programs like Bama and Clemson. For 5* talent sitting on the bench at a powerhouse school, the chance of immediate PT at a lower ranked school would be a big lure, and would make CFB more competitive. Aren't we tired of seeing the same four teams in the playoffs every year? --best thing since the 85-rule for competitiveness.
