NC State just made a massive upgrade at QB for us to deal with next year

They have a QB coming in 2024 from my area. He's a coach's son and very talented. I don't know why he wasn't on UT's radar.

Live close to Raleigh and have attended some games at Carter-Finley (great place to view a game) and have always thought wolfpack fans to be quite civilized.
