They could definitely beat GT and NC. Both are terrible. Duke maybe tough for them.

Can yes. But if they are terrible then so is NC St. considering they all have the same record.

I doubt they beat Georgia Tech if Haynes King plays. Tech has lost a couple of games when King was out but when he plays QB they are pretty decent.
