NC State fans.......WOW

I went ahead and signed up over there at Pack Insider, as a goodwill ambassador from VN. Seem to be a pretty good group of individuals. I extended the hand of friendship and cordially invited them over here, y'all play nice if/when they do come over. No sense atall in not showing the legendary Tennessee hospitality to invited guests.

Deus, like your Avatar....that would look good on a matt black helmet.

I saw your work. :good!:

That's what CP said. If you ask any young man who plays a competitive sport they're the greatest in their opinion.

Let's put his 4.2s in perspective. This year no player at the combine ran faster than a 4.33. Chris Johnson ran the fastest electronically timed 40 and it was a 4.24. That's in the history of the NFL combine.

CP ran a 10.8 or something 100meter dash. That would probably fall in the 4.45-4.5 range in the 40, especially for a guy that's 6'4 cause they get started slower coming out. There are exceptions to that like ohh yeah Usain Bolt.

I watched CP's football highlights and he looks like he probably runs around 4.5 but video can be deceptive since he's a long strider.

But even if he did run 4.5 that's still fast for a guy that's 6'4 210lbs or whatever.

To sum it up...he's not running a 4.2 in this life time.

The post is full of bad assumptions and incorrect statements.

1. CP ran a 10.33 as his fastest time in the 100M this spring. That would be the fastest time of any player in the SEC.

2. You cannot just assume that even if he did have a 10.8 100 M that he would be in the 4.45-4.5 range. For example, the fastest player at the NFL Combine, Chris Owusu (6' 0" 196 lbs) ran a 4.36 at the combine, but the his personal record at the 100M was 10.65, and that was wind-aided

3. CP could very well run a 4.3 in the 40. Calvin Johnson is built similarly to CP and he ran a 4.32 in the 40.

I have no doubt that when the time comes CP will be sub 4.4 at the combine. If you think he lacks speed in his video's you need to evaluate yourself as an evaluator. He is one of the fastest players I have ever seen.

I just want to join up and paste the Cincy game highlights to their page and tell them thats what they will witness Aug 31 in the dome.

I like where they said that Glennon was a top 3 QB in the country... That is insane.

Yeah, and one of their more "vocal" posters stated that the ACC was the top rated QB conference....I could only find where they were rated #3, right behind the SEC. The Big 12 was #1. Said if Tyler had a good year that it could easily make the SEC the top QB conference this year.

Glennon wouldn't crack the top 3 QBs in the SEC. Bray, Murray, and Wilson are all better. Franklin in Mizzou as well.

Glennon would not be a Top 10 QB in the SEC. He wouldn't even start at the majority of SEC schools. Maybe 3 or 4. I saw Cincinnati beat them by 30 points last year a few weeks after Tennessee took UC to the woodshed. I will be very surprised and disappointed if Tennessee doesn't put somewhat of a beatdown on these guys.

I agree. I expect a good old' fashion woodshed butt whippin' to be put on NCST.

They probably wanna sell their tickets unless they enjoy watching another SEC team stomp their ACC mediocrity team. Go Vols! UT 42 Wolfsack 20

Y'all.....if the shoe fits, wear it. I ain't picking sides (I bleed Orange), but this is uncalled for.

Whichever of y'all went over there and made the screen name PhilipRiversIsADouche, that ain't cool. You wouldn't like it much if someone came on here and made the screen name "PeytonsAJackass", now would ya??

Whoever give.him.six is: Nice John Ward reference, but try not being such a colossal DB about your opinions.

Y'all, the Pack fans that I've been talking to over there are some decent people. Let's not show our asses on their board, mmkay?? Y'all wouldn't like it if they did it here.
