'26 NC QB Faizon Brandon (Tennessee commit)

I think the implication is that he was closer to 180 when he got on campus. I could be wrong but I thought 190something was what I heard him say
I would guess he was 180ish last year in high school and definitely closer to 6’7. Never had a kid make me feel short like he did lol

I couldn’t find where i thought he said currently 197. Maybe I made it up in my head, I don’t know lol.

Got behind Jon Runyan in line at the gas station in Bellevue when the titans first moved to Nashville. That guy really made me feel small.

Saw Haynesworth in Losers once. That’s an insanely sized human

I'm glad you cleared that up for me. Here I was thinking we played 7 on 7.

In the past, and probably still in the present, too...that redshirt (and, promises that were maybe made) goes out the window whenever the pressure to win is on. The family may want that, and Heupel does too, I assume; but...I truly believe Heupel will play whoever gives the best chance to win. If Heupel believes that's George, he'll play.
Does every response on here have to be some condescending, butt hole comment?

West Charlotte tied with Grimsley 21-21
4th qtr.

West Charlotte is getting into it's old form.
3A State Champions last year, and they're giving
# 17 ranked team (country) all they can handle.

We’re getting a Cam Newton with Tim Tebow attitude. He should be qb1 day 1
I think we have a great problem next year. GMac is going to be really good. He's already shown that once he puts on weight and gets the system down, he's got stud QB written all over him. Incredible arm talent.

But Faizon looks generational. He won't have the experience in the system and the year of learning under his belt.

It will be an epic competition. I just hope that if GMac wins it, Faizon has the patience to wait 2 years until GMac declares for the NFL, the way Manning did with Ewers.

Don't think Faizon is going to wait 2 years to play, unfortunately.

Or.
Heupel could pull a Leak and Tebow and just use both.

GMAC probably could be the starter right now!
He will certainly be able to by next season, but so will Faizon. Macintyre has a smooth and quick release. Unusual for a guy his height.

Okay both imo

I believe GMac will likely win rd1(2026), but rd2(2027) a 225lb 19y/o Brandon will be tough to keep off the field.
