Michigan has Larry Ellison (Owns Oracle) providing most of their NIL funds. I think his wife has the tie to Michigan. He is the one who stole the #1 QB from LSU in last years class.

Her + Dave Portnoy who is willing to throw money around for a roster

Michigan knows what it takes to recruit at a high level. We need to take note.

We don’t have the money for recruiting that they do. Larry Ellison’s wife and Dave Portnoy partnered up and they’re (more so from the Ellison side) paying some serious coin for recruits.

I know we don’t and it sucks. I hate Michigan.

Things are cooling off here. I’d be surprised if he visits.

Our OL priorities shifted, will still have a nice OL class for sure.
From War Room this AM…

Speaking of North Carolina offensive linemen, we do not see much going on moving forward with Leo Delaney and Tennessee at this point, as both parties seem to have moved in a different direction.

Good luck kid.

Was never that excited about this kid.
It’s cool that he was Sanders teammate in Charlotte but honestly there are better OL prospects in the south and Tennessee even.

Good player but we’ve signed better guys and they are still on the bench for a Tennessee

I tip my cap to you guys who still follow this religiously. A lot of recruiting prognostication is a joke now. This thread alone proves the point. Clearly the addiction to it is real.

I come back and check to see if the ink is dry. Even after they are committed or have a year in the program they may leave.

I'm not sure I'll ever love the sport anymore. I will like the sport, but all the attention I used to give to every aspect of the sport has ended. Every recruiting thread is about "how much money?"

I'm not giving a red cent for them to play football in college at my favorite school and buy lambo's while I work a real job for a living and try to make ends meet.

Do I want these guys to come to UT? Yes.
Does UT need to try to outbid for these players? That's up to UT.

This whole thing is a zoo.
