True. You could post it on just about any message board. Kids are going to change their minds and that is their prerogative. Difference is UNC just hired a washed up coach that is running around with a gf that is young enough to be his grand daughter and just got absolutely embarrassed on national television. UNC has always been a middle of the pack team and is never going to compete nationally. Anybody that follows recruiting knows that Keys made an impulsive decision on a recruiting visit. Lose a kid to OSU, UGA, LSU, BAMA, I'd say welcome them back...jumping to UNC 2 months after a commitment is a different situation. You could copy and paste this comment over into the tigerdroppings rants about Keys and substitute UT with LSU and its pretty much exactly how they feel about us and Keys. Its just funny welcoming a flip in one thread and then calling out another player as if they are a plague and have horrible judgment because they didnt pick the school you are a fan of. Does Keys have better judgment because he picked us even though he flipped from a top notch SEC program? Flips happen and money is generally a motivator in a lot of them, even the ones that flip to us.
Doesn’t mean he’ll end his career there for sure. I would be very surprised if Chapel Bill is still coach there in 2 years. Hell, I wouldn’t be shocked if he calls it quits altogether after this season if it really goes off the rails. Can’t imagine any other reason other than NIL being the reason for the flip. He will look back and regret his decision.
Starting time, close to home, and a good school. Under any other coaching circumstances, this flip wouldn’t be shocking at all. Its that anyone with at least one functioning eye can see the train wreck that’s coming to that program with Bill. Can’t imagine any other reason other than NIL being the reason for the flip. I know NOTHING, but would be shocked if he is given a REDO shot by the staff. I will ride with their decision and actually think they must have a killer evaluation to overcome the fool me once doctrine. They have made great risk/reward decisions SOOOOO….Starting time, close to home, and a good school. Under any other coaching circumstances, this flip wouldn’t be shocking at all. Money. Also the portal makes it easy to have a big day then go elsewhere if you’re a good player. For the short term if he’s just looking at money this was the best decision.Starting time, close to home, and a good school.
