Agree. Some jokes aren't funny. All it takes is for this to become a whisper and go viral to be very negative to his family and friends.

I don’t think he was ever committed here first. So that’s different. I do think we would take this kid back at least at this point we would. If the kid was just looking for increased money and got it elsewhere I doubt we’ll pursue him. He would have to reach out to us. IMO

It takes two to tango. She literally just tradmarked 'gold digger,' for her business. I mean, I know the types. There's something deep down that's missing, whatever the reason. There's a lot of hills and hollers round these parts. And a lot of less fortunate situations, if that's the case. Its sad. But, two adults, are two consenting adults.

Steve and Ashley Grindstaff comes to mind.

I don't have any personal knowledge about what the coaches would do, but I would hope they would walk away from this guy after this. It just shows an all around lack of judgement, commitment, and confidence. He just committed to UT 2 months ago and is now running to the first program to offer a few more dollars. Now it is obvious that UT outbid OSU and whoever else was his finalist, so the offer was very respectable. To want to play for a program that is circling the drain tells me that he has no confidence in his ability to 1. beat out good competition and 2. make it to the NFL. Trying to get all the money you can while you can while ignoring the long term implications just shows either the inability to think about the long term future or the confidence in having one. It may sound harsh for an 18yo, but I hope they stay away.

You could copy and paste this comment over into the tigerdroppings rants about Keys and substitute UT with LSU and its pretty much exactly how they feel about us and Keys. Its just funny welcoming a flip in one thread and then calling out another player as if they are a plague and have horrible judgment because they didnt pick the school you are a fan of. Does Keys have better judgment because he picked us even though he flipped from a top notch SEC program? Flips happen and money is generally a motivator in a lot of them, even the ones that flip to us.

Stop, Keys situation will only be relative if he circled back to them after making a commitment to us. Not a call, not a visit, but a commitment. Single flips are just part of the game.
