Its much better than last years imo. When people try and do this now, its not nearly as effective and most of the long throws end up out of bounds. If you are having a problem with it, crash the boards (setting)

I will try that or just continue to quit. Either way it's a lame way to win a ball game.

Agree, but with like anything that is multiplayer with tons of random people, there will be exploits used and I dont think there will ever be anything to change that. Thats why I really prefer to only play against people I know.

Yeah, I just don't get using cheap strategies. Is winning at a videogame that important to them? It's not like they have money riding on the thing.

This is by far and away the best game I have played all year. I don't even like sports games that much. What really stands out to me is the commentating crew. It's like they are watching the game as it is going on.

The crew on Madden is garbage compared to this game.

If they still had the Crew feature with your vp like fifa's pro clubs, this game would Smash every other video game aside from fifa. Real talk.

I disagree with the madden comment, but to each his own I suppose. If you are interested in a good roster set, there are some over at OS that have a ton of edits and makes the game that much better IMO. You can only use the rosters in association though and not VS

I've come full circle with My Career/Player/Pro modes, I played them almost exclusively for 3-4 years, but other than an occasional few games as goalie in NHL, I prefer playing as the entire squad.

Playing on all star and having a hard time defending anybody.. Melo just dropped 45 on me on 10 min quarters and I doubled teamed him, and set all the defensive settings to deny, hedge hard and go over screens. Any tips?

K, how do I level up faster? I'm a SF, and seriously I only take about 1-2 shots per game, because at my skill level I miss everything unless it's an open layup, or wide open short J.

My guy is 6' 9" and can't dunk. For how smart this game is, it's f-ing stupid.

They didn't fix a lot of the problems with the teammate grade. If you complete a slightly tipped pass that goes for 2, not only do you not get the "assist", but you get a "bad pass" penalty on your teammate grade. Pretty big error that they overlooked from one year to the next.

Also, I don't understand why your teammate grade drops so much for allowing your man to score. It's ridiculous. You'll get screened by 2 players and your man hits a shot, and the penalty to teammate grade is greater than the reward for 2 assists.

Or you block a shot in help D, and your man gets the rebound and the penalty for allowing the offensive rebound is greater than the benefit of the block.

My teammates are *******s when they assess my play.

Oddly enough, you will earn the most VC out of MyPlayer mode. Go play some online matches, you get 250vc for every game completed. Playing online, will get you better as a player any way, unless you have some ass-hat who does full court passes, then rage quit.

They need to develop a function where you can destroy the hard drive of anybody's computer that doesn't play the way you want them to. :p

The assists in the my player mode are so screwed up, I passed the ball to a teammate, he took one dribble and made the shot. No assist. So stupid. They need to re-evaluate the teammate grades.
