Well my prediction earlier today was right. Good bye Phoenix :hi:.

It it's a shame we can never get past the Spurs in the playoffs. Lord knows how much I can't stand that damn team.

I hope Chris Paul makes french idiot look like a lost rookie next round.

Condescending comments aside, nice to see Boston getting all they can handle from the Hawks.

After the first two games, I thought that series was done.

Which is the better upset? Golden State sweeping #1 seed Dallas Mavs or ATL beating #1 seed and in just about everyone's mind, Future NBA Champs Boston Celtics?

Golden State didn't sweep Dallas.

And I doubt the Hawks even win another game, but if they did manage to somehow win the series, then it would definitely be the bigger upset

Oh yeah that's right. Don't know where my mind is at tonight.

So what do you think about the whole thing with Lebron James and the Wizards. Do you think they are really trying to hurt him or do you think Lebron is being a softy?

It's just the Wizards being who they are.

And I honestly think Atlanta can win another game against the Celtics. If they did win the series somehow, it would be by far the biggest playoffs upset ever in the NBA.

That's nice. The Spurs are still disgusting to watch.

They play in the NBA not Rucker Park.

Last time I checked the point was to win games not do 720 dunks. You can bitch all you want about how you don't like watching them but they are a more solid team than anyone else.

If you hate watching the Spurs play you're better off watching stupid And 1 basketball or something like that.

They start playing hack-a-shaq in the third quarter. Seriously, its pathetic that they have to resort to that. Why even play the game?

Hopefully the Spurs get taken out by the Hornets, just to see the ratings skyrocket.

They play the game to freaking win, period.

Whether the rule hurts the presentation to the fans is up to the NBA, but the job of the coach and players is to win basketball games under the rules presented. The Spurs appear to do that very well.

If you're pulling for a team that cannot seem to win under the current rules, get over it.

Never said it was against the rules, its just pathetic and a good reason why the NBA has such low ratings.

I think it is exactly what they should do. Again, their function is to win basketball games under the current rules. Appearances be damned.

If the league doesn't like how the product looks on the court for marketability reasons, then they should change the rules. Otherwise, they should expect teams to continue exploiting the rules as long as they're playing against a FT shooter as putrid as Shaq.

That has absolutely nothing to do with the NBA's low ratings you love to talk about. Literally nothing.

And as long as it is within the rules I see absolutely no problem with it. You know what puts an end to it happening? Made free throws.

Sorry if I hurt your feelings Coach Cal.

Coach Cal? Good one.

There IS a problem with it. The NBA shouldn't allow teams to blatantly foul in the freakin 3rd quarter, 30+ feet away from the basket, before they even make it past half court. Its a pathetic tactic.
