The Philly situation was a mess, got paid a lot of money for nothing except having ridiculous hairdos plus he's been injury proned his whole career. I can't think of anything other than that.

I just think people are so quick to jump all over him that I've overreached in the other direction. I tend to do that, unapologetically.

He can play the post and can board. Think he's okay passing the ball. Would not be surprised to see stats show that his post scoring needs major work.

He's decent defensively in the post, but offensively he is maybe the most turnover prone big in the league and shoots only 45%...45% is pretty horrible for a big not named Dirk or Love.

ew haha i didn't realize that. may also mean he isn't that great/comfortable passing the ball or he'd be better at getting out of those sorts of situations.

I think his turnovers are lazy things like moving screens, travels, and charges....not too sure, but that's what I've seen when I've seen him play.

Isn't it really time that Ron Artest give up the Metta World Peace name? It was funny at first, but just because you make your last name World Peace, nobody's forgetting about how you once charged into the stands like a rabid animal and started swinging at the first fan you could get within arms reach of.

He changed it to his legal name. Probably not worth changing it back again like Chad Johnson did.

It got ridiculously out of hand, but some of those fans deserved to be punched in the face.

I don't dispute that, but Artest had so thoroughly lost mind that after he got he with the beer he just ran into the stands and started swinging. The people he attacked weren't even the ones who threw it. The whole situation was just an embarrassment for EVERYONE involved.
