While I mostly agree, Dwight actually can use his opposite hand to finish.

...after he knocks the defender out of the way first by charging with his shoulder. He has no post moves, so he just bulls the defender out of the way and then goes up for the uncontested two footer. He's one of those guys who fouls so much that, if it were called consistently, would be gone in the first half every game, so paradoxically it never ends up being called on him.
