NBA Combine

He had a 31 and a 36. Randle of Kentucky had a 29 and a 35.5 Stokes also surprised in the three quarter sprint 3.26 Randle 3.27 McRae came in at 3.39 Stokes was beating some of the point guards in this measurable. I don't know if he will make the top thirty picks but he has certainly given him a chance to be a first rounder.

I agree. Maybe some of us were selling him short. Still has physical limitations and a tweener in the NBA, but his stats suggest that he will get a good look. Could be good to land with a good team who needs bench help and let him develop his niche.

This is more of a tribute to how impressive Stauskas is more so than a knock on Jordan. That is still a very solid vertical for Jordan.

Stauskas surprises people with his athleticism because he is a white kid from Canada, but the dude is a great athlete who can shoot. Richardson shutting him down in the 2nd half of tournament game was impressive.

Spurs or Thunder would be perfect. Please no heat. I don't need a reason to cheer for them.

Racist IMO?

@MarkPancratz @JarnellStokes was 19th tallest and heaviest player at the #NBACombine BUT... How much of an athletic freak is he???

@MarkPancratz @JarnellStokes had the 2nd fastest sprint time+5th highest vert of all guys taller then him+2nd highest bench rep max in camp #FreakAthlete

@MarkPancratz So what does all that mean? For his height+size @JarnellStokes is an athletic freak! For his size+strength he can MOVE those size 21 shoes!

Staukas or McRae would be a good pick for the Hawks.

Stauskas yes definitely, great shooter with undervalued athletism. I think Jordan can do well in the NBA but he does not fit coach Buds system whatsoever with his style of play. Stauskas played a lot of similar ball at michigan so I think he would be a great fit for the hawks.

Atlanta shoots the 3ball a lot but they do not have enough slashers outside of Teague so that is where I think McRae could help them next season.

I like Jordy, but he's not helping anyone next year. He's going to be like Lamb for the Thunder, brought along slowly. He's not strong enough yet, and his handle still needs work for the NBA.

This. McRae will need a lot of time to develop. Lamb can't even get minutes ahead of Thabo.

I mean he's good defensively but that's about it lol. Was really hoping Lamb woulf have stepped up already.

I was just messing with you. Lamb was progressing pretty well during the season, then they got Butler and he got buried on the bench. 2 things that bug me about Brooks, his loyalty to Thabo and his loyalty to Perk. Lamb should play more and Adams should start. IMO

Which are more reasons why he should've run the floor more often. He was faster and stronger than the players he went up against. Throwing him on the block with his back to the basket and having him park down there was not cool.

Bigs don't like to run the floor...

were you here for that debate? Stokes wanted to run from day 1. He loved beating his man down the court or pinning early so he could just play, plus, no time for double team. At one point, he mentioned he wanted to run after one of our losses and Martin's response was, "he needs to tell his pg". That was a turning point in my position on the coaching situation, as I knew the pg's weren't instructed to get out and get down the floor.

Yeah I was here, talked about getting the bigs I played with the ball early and deep and feeding them on the break. A happy big makes the game easier for the PG as well. I would have lost my mind having to walk it up every time.

No big wants to have to work for every point, everyone arguing the non running side was crazy or didn't play basketball.
