I don't think they're Navy Seals, but I've seen several parachuters at BMS and no matter how many times I see them swaying in the wind with that huge American flag, I get chocked up. I'm hoping they're at the Battle at Bristol with ol Glory and perhaps a huge Power T swaying in the wind.

Yes. They are Navy SEALS. The whole point of the parachute team is to draw interest to the SEALS. Most parachute teams of the US military are comprised of special operators.
