The way I see it, if Tennessee is doing so well as to cause greater opportunities to lure away the coaching staff, that is a good thing. It means the program is having great success, and looks like a great job for the next staff.
If they are gone in a few years because things are not going well... well, good riddance.
It isn't like we are going to end up any worse off than a losing season.
