I’m wondering since the game is in Nashville and Nashville is a big UT town if it won’t be more 70/30? After all Memphis State is a commuter university. UT supports better and travels better, so I think it will be a big home game advantage.

Ticketmaster didn’t do this very well by having a lot of these seats sold to the general public. It’s going to be orange and blue mixed together. Obviously, there’s no perfect way.

It would be interesting if the VolNation group could give us a report, for the ones at the game, of the percentages of fans at the game.

I grew up a Vol but in Memphis with Memphis grad parents so I get it (but not a fan of the tigers at all lol), I wish they would play every year in basketball for sure, and at least everyone once and a while in football

Living in Memphis, I like being able to see the Vols when they do come to town. It’s highly convenient, and there’s a large contingent of Vol fans on the west side of the state. That’s apparent when they play here, especially in football when 50% of the Liberty Bowl is Vol fans.

Really hope it continues. Basketball and football. Rivalries are fun, and it’s great not having to drive across the state to see a game occasionally.
