Nash Nance Transferring?

No brainer for Nash... better school and better coaching.

If he's got th $$ to pay, I can't see a downside.

Good luck!:hi:

He will probably be shocked to know that all coaches dont preach about how bad the players suck! Good for him.......Harvard is cool!

If Nash is transferring, that could (emphasize could) mean there's a risk Rogers is planning on the same (though not likely Harvard), given Nash was offered as Rogers' friend to get Rogers' commitment.

There is Bunker Hill Community College nearby.

From UT? From a purely academic perspective, that's pretty impressive. UT is a good school, but not on Vandy or UGA's level.

I mean Vandy cost more to attend and standards are a little higher than other SEC schools. Vandy is jealous he went to a real school. You can get the same education at either UT or Vandy as long as you apply yourself. Vandy will never realize that Tulane, Stanford, Duke, all the IVY league schools, etc. make fun of them.

Mhmm. Apparently their coach came to campus today. He's been offered a full scholarship and is expected to be the starter. On top of the education he'll receive, he's doing great for himself.

Ivy League Schools do not give out any athletic scholarship money!

People don't get full scholarships to play football at Harvard. Only partial at best.

Good for him. He gets to go to Harvard and play football, we get to use his scholarship. Win-win.

I read on another site that he will transfer to an Ivy League school. Anybody hear anything?

Bump

The guy who posted this is good. He is in north GA and has awesome connections. This same guy has said some very interesting things about Da'Rick.

All the best to Mr. Nance. Solid kid all around.

I'd say Tulane is an outlier with Vandy in the group of schools you listed, FWIW.

Let me see if I can remember this.

- Harvard only accepts you if you have 8 or less credit hours.

- Princeton only accepts at 16 or less.

- There are a few who accept at about 30, but I think that's rare. Now, for football players, this might be a whole different set of rules, even at Ivies.

Not that you mentioned Yale, but their Sr. QB came from Nebraska. Would have been the slated starter over Taylor Martinez a couple of years ago. Patrick Witt.

He was apparently stupid enough to think he wasn't. Obviously Nash is one of those kids that is very book smart, and can't tell his ass from a hole in the ground with street smarts/common sense.

I said at the time he switched that it was the worst decision he had yet made in life. He could possibly start or at least see PT at Vandy, never was any chance to see the field at UT.

Vols used him and his daddy like a Fleshlight to get the'rick and now they look stupid. Good. I hope he rides the pine wherever transfers and then flunks out before graduating.

And to both of them: Don't come back to GA, you are not welcome.

LOL. Your a pathetic joke. Life's not all about football.

why? He knew he wasn't going to get to play when he came here to begin with.

I'm sure he felt he could get in there and win an opportunity. I'm not saying he deserved it, but most any competitor never admits defeat without at least trying.

Two things:
1. Who would have thought that someone in the UT program has an IQ at Harvard's level? LOL
2. Harvard will win more games than UT in 2012 and it's not because of Nance.

I know the kid had awesome grades in HS. It would make sense to go to an Ivy League school to get a good education and some playing time. He was committed to Vandy before he decided on UT.

You mean we stole another recruit from Dandy Vandy? I forgot, that was two years ago.
