A few hundred more feet and he would have won before the ignorant caution rules kicked in. I know they have stolen one or two championships from him but they are relentless with their stupid incompetence of not having a clue on how to incorporate rules. There, I feel better.

I like Gordon but he pissed a lot of people off at Martinsville with his restarts. He tries to play games on the restart and causes people to bunch up behind him.

If nothing else they do more to help JG than hurt him...My driver is a Hendrick driver and even I'll admit they all occasionally get a bone thrown to them

freaking frustrating being a JG fan. Its alwasy something that keeps him out of victory lane. Last time JG spun his tires and this time his pit crew can't have a clean stop.

You should try being a Jr fan.

Gordon is a victim of circumstance.

Junior is a victim on no talent.
Yeah. You want to explain how a blown engine here and there and some bad luck means he has no talent? I'm not saying he is the best because I know he isn't but to say he has no talent is rubbish.

You tell me how they hurt Gordon? He can't beat the 48, that's not rules that's just being out drove. His crew chief cost him a race this year, not the rules. Just like everybody else in NASCAR he is chasing the 48.

he hasn't won in almost two years.

pretty hard to blame it on bad luck/equipment.

You tell that to Carl Edwards and Kevin Harvick. Never said anything about his equipment and I'm not making excuses for him but I do think he has had some pretty crappy luck. I know he's not the best driver out there but my God, even the best have off years

Kevin Harvick and Carl Edwards are both overrated too.

I agree on Harvick, but Edwards has too many wins and top 5's on a variety of tracks to not have talent. His "aw shucks I'm so glad to just be here" facade has been exposed.

he's had two pretty long winless streaks though. i need to see some more consistency.

nah, he's just been really unlucky for a really long time.

Lol. Glad to see you're still the same kind of poster you've always been. I don't agree with you so my opinion is crap. That makes for a great debate. I can admit Jr is an average driver no problem with that all. I try to have a decent conversation with you and we can't have that. I forgot that you know all there is to know about NASCAR racing.

Jr has 2 wins in the last 5 years(counting this season). He's an average driver.

Pretty much, he's near the top of the 2nd tier drivers, but the car he is wheeling around is much better than most of the guys in that group.

I feel for the guy, he's a victim of his last name.
