My dad used to put every single race on the TV when I was younger. I don't think he's watched a full race in years, and the last two he's watched all the way were because we went to the track.I grew up in a NASCAR family and a fan of Bill Elliott.
But so help me, I had the choice on tv today if the LA NASCAR event or Olympic Curling and watched 2 1/2 hours of guys and girls heading polished rocks down a frozen pond.
NASCAR needs to rethink their approach...
They want to race on Saturdays instead of competing with the NFL.
Reggie Bush and Eric Dickerson were the celebrities for Nascar's opening event of 2022.
One had their heisman trophy repo'd and the other got a university the death penalty.
Should be interesting to see how it plays out.
Nascar is a terrible product that is hemorrhaging money, it's about over for them. They want to race on Saturdays instead of competing with the NFL.

Too many rule changes, too many new drivers, lack of entertainment with the constant yellow flags, watching people drive in circles loses its appeal, etc etc
I've never been a big NASCAR fan, but my brother was until about 10 years ago.
In your opinion, what happened to NASCAR?
