QB #1:
102-177 (58%) 1210 yards 13 TD 9 INT

QB #2:
65-140 (46%) 868 yards 9 TD 9 INT

I found this very interesting. One of them should be easy

Crompton looked like a light had come on for him today. He looked completely different. Like this game is his defining moment as a QB. It was eerie how changed he was. It was like a totally different player. Hopefully the coaches have figured out a way to get him to transfer that superstar that plays in practice to the field. Because I didn't even recognize that dude.

I worry about delayed OLB blitzes by Bama against Crompton running those designed rolls. I don't think Bama is going to smash us, but their defense (and coordinator) is much better than UGAs.

The boots work so well for Jon because he can't stair down his wide receivers as he drops back, I figured that much out. We booted so much today, we are going to have to keep doing it. Might as well throw the shotgun out IMO.

I think the light came on in the second half of the Auburn game. He has definitely gotten progressively better (against teams that matter), other than the WKU game, but anyone could look good against that D.

I'd chalk it up to coaching over anything, but Crompton certainly held up his end of the bargain.

Another thing too, and it might sound weird, but when you're running, you're not thinking as much or as nervous. I really believe this has an effect, too.

My husband's theory was Kiffin kept putting Crompton in to figure out how to use him. He might've been right.

Crompton looked like a brand new quarterback out there today. He was confident and controlled the game. He needed some big plays from his receivers and Moore and Jones stepped up for him today.
