Better qb's than us if possible. Kentucky? From what I've seen out of them... I'd trade in a second. Florida? I'd take Harris over any of ours. Ms state has a heisman contender. Bo Wallace looks good. Simms has played well (even their backup was highly touted). A&M has Hill. Mizzou has Matty. Lsu has looked Ok at qb lately. Thompson at sc is better than any of ours. The only team I haven't watched this year and can't say is better than us at qb is Vandy...And for all I know they have us beat at qb as well

I would be interested to see how some of the other guys would fare behind our o-line. Unless they are mobile, and can throw on the run, my guess is they don't look too good.

We have a perfect storm......a stand still pocket passer, and a line that can't make a pocket.

I would take Worley over Jennings, mason, and anyone at Flordia or Vandy, but I think that is it.

I think quite a few sec teams would have taken Worley early on. He's just banged up and continually gets added damage.

Worley is a decent QB. Maybe shell-shocked a little at this point but he has skills....and he's got moxy to keep getting up and trying to overcome through some of the hits I've seen him take....not sure some of the others could/would have done the same.

Worley's played much better than Missouri's Mauk.

The problem is that Worley has absolutely no offensive line protection (which will likely remain the trend for the rest of the season).

If Dooley would have done his job and actually coached Worley up, I believe he would have been a very good SEC QB.

I didn't know that Dooley was the qb coach. I would think that the head coach would have enough on his plate, without having to work with the backup qb.

Nothing to do with Dooley at this point. Kinda sad we have to keep pretending he's the catch all blame for this team every single time something happens. At some point, you have to let it go, and that point was the second he was fired.

Worley is also in an offense that doesn't suit him well, but nobody mentions that.

Vol's are rebuilding, but you already knew that, didn't you?

ky mobility at qb is why they are dangerous. If he was a non running statue back there, they wouldn't be in many games.

At any other school Worley would have been coached up - and had better protection by the line. He could be a Heisman contender at Bama with Satan Jr coaching him (based on what he did for Crompton when he was here)

Who's O line do they get to use?
One of the biggest things with literally almost every other sec team is a mobile QB. It makes a huge difference with a shaky offense. Just go watch KY; with a non mobile QB theyd be down by 3 TD.

I don't really care about other schools QB's. They aren't VOLS. I love the qb's we have. If you like the others so much, pull for them. You guys get on here and cry like a bunch of wimps. Pathetic

Who's better for the program -- those of us who want it to be dominant or people like you who are content with a sub-par program?
