K, everyone should do themselves a favor and watch this. I bet 90% of the people who post here only remember the older Stockton in the mid-90s and don't truly appreciate just how good he was.

Only guy to ever average 14 apg. He did it twice, scorign 17 ppg, and shooting the lights out, while earning defensive honors. How he didn't win an MVP (or even get votes) can only be explained by the fact that the Jazz got no pub in the 80s.

I love that the second clip is Stockton destroying MJ off the dribble. They've got him beating Jordan like 4 times in this reel. He was so quick. Dudes would play off him 6 feet and he'd beat them to the hoop.

And according to a lot of NBA guys, one of the dirtiest fawkers in the league. Which back then was saying a lot.

Edited because I didn't wanna argue over how that's not "destroying" someone. :)

Gary Payton, surprise!

Nick Van Exel, cause I loved watching him play dude had no fear.

Mad Max, well cause dude was cray cray.

Mookie Blaylock, one of my favorite names in basketball.

Isaiah "don't call me J.R." Rider, the originator of the east bay funk dunk.

Tyrone Hill, the ugliest dude in basketball, looked like a human bat.
