I just want to say to the ones on here that are posting still trying to say UF was so crazy good yesterday, you are all idiots. UT let me remind you short minded wagon jumpers, was a four touchdown underdog. They lost by 10. They made Teblow and Cryer's offense look normal. Just think UT was in the game the entire time. If UT wasn't afriad to throw the ball I think things would have turned out differently. UT 22 players on the field. 1 weakness QB. Alot of what ifs though, from that position.

UF had 20 first downs. Over 200 yards rushing. Was 8-13 on third down. 1 punt. 5 scores in first 6 possessions.

Two turnovers were bad, but I feel comfortable saying that UF was pretty efficient on offense outside of those two plays.

Defense didn't play great, but they got the job done.

This reminds me of the 2006 UF basketball team. They had everyone back and any mediocre game, the whole world would hate on them. I think UF will be fine if they can just stop turning the ball over.

No I think that UT showed the world that UF isnt as unbeatable as most thought. If a team can come in with a QB that knows what he is doing and a D that plays hard UF is going down.

Good posts here, don't forget that our defense got to teblow all day. he stopped that little first step forward and drop back step that he does every play. He didn't have time to dance around yesterday. I will say that Florida's receivers are beatable this year and shutting down Florida's passing is a bit too much to say.....they didn't try to throw either.

I don't understand why they didn't let Tebow run more than he did. IMO he is their best weapon.

I am so glad he is gone after this year.....classy interview he gave after the game. I wish him well in the NFL next year.

Not throwing deep is that playing conservative or respecting the beasts that roam our secondary.

FL's play calling was respect for our D. They simply tried to power over us with that huge QB. It worked much of the time. But, we shut them down from time to time too. They don't trust Tebow's arm either.

You do realize you lost right? You also realize you lost for the fifth year in a row right? I hope I never live to see the fay when we are talking smack about your team after losing to you. That's just sad. Your Tennessee for crying out loud. Act like you expect to play well.

If we had Eric Ainge in this game we would have won by 40

AGREED!!! Either one of the Clausens for that fact in we win this game. Crompton just can't keep his head and is clueless out there, I wish I was close enough to see all the practices because I just don't see where he is beating anyone out.

Your right we loss!! but we are proud that this team did not lay down like in the past. You know it like we know it good QB play where we could use some type of offense we win this game. IF is a bit word and we did not win but you and all gator country know we were there!!! You won this one as well as the other 4 but it is in the past now and I think we won a whole lot more in the end when it comes to bring the T of tradition back to UT. We are not content and we will never be until we reach the same points you gator fans have enjoyed last year and that is a national championship!!!

This is just a small battle we loss but we gained respect again that was lost under the Fulmer era and we are on our way back that is the positives we take out of the swamp.

Yes the loss hurts me deeply because I believe in my heart we could have won the game. I have too look at the positives for my team and we are headed in the right direction.

Good game gators and GO VOLS!

Dude, just admit it. Gators did not live up to the hype yesterday. All we heard all off-season was how Meyer was gonna destroy Kiffin by 60. Gators didn't even come CLOSE to covering the spread. Yes, Tennessee still lost, but they gave 100% the whole game, something we didn't even come close to seeing in 2007 and 2008.

The vols are the lowest they have ever been in a LONG time thanks to Fulmer leaving this team in pieces. We have to rebuild, and it's going to take some time.

But just admit it, Kiffin will NOT be the complete and utter failure all gator fans and the media thought and were hoping they'd be. This team's future looks really bright, and we have a coaching staff that works hard and instills discipline to this team for the first time in a long time.

And on the other hand, you won... Where are the gator trolls that so hounded this site prior to the game?

Happy with the win, I'm sure, but very unhappy at how they won...

Florida will not repeat.
