The highlight of the week was when several reporters asked Saban in many different ways how he will be able to talk about integrity in the home of a recruit after what he did to Miami.
He had no answer. It was awesome.
Saban went on national television and stated very clearly numerous times that he wouldn't be going to Alabama for a head coaching position. What happened next. I guess bammers really don't care what kind of character their coach has. It is going to be so fun to hear all of them whining when they either don't win or WHEN he leaves for another job.
It was just for the sake of an example. If Saban has a couple of good years at Alabama, do not underestimate the ability of any number of NFL owners losing their minds.
They would have to be brain locked to go after him again. He failed miserably the first time; he'll fail yet again if given the opportunity. After his letdown in Miami, I don't see how any GM or owner could give it a serious thought.
In what way? You mean that 5 game improvement, just on the brink of the playoffs in his very first season? They would have to be brain locked to go after him again. He failed miserably the first time; he'll fail yet again if given the opportunity. After his letdown in Miami, I don't see how any GM or owner could give it a serious thought.
