UT does gave the best O we have faced. They are well coached. I was concerned about your WRs and that was confirmed Two of them are really good. You couldn't run on us, but nobody can. 36 carries for 55 yards. You faced nine 5 stars on D yesterday. It would have been eleven, but one has the flu and the other is in jail. Coaching rarely overcomes that.

Your D played hard, but it wasn't enough. UGA is too big and fast right now. You held up as well as anyone has, but didn't have enough depth for four quarters. Lots of missed tackles, but maybe that was fatigue.

So, it looks like you made the right hire. Good luck the rest of the way.

Will you post next year when we beat y'all? Or do you only post to gloat?
Whoa..Whoa.. Whoa there Skippy.
I’m ALL VFL.. 100% GBO.
I don’t see any “ gloat” in that post. Georgia clearly has the best team and no amount of our collective Big Orange Spirit is going to change that. That post was an honest assessment in his opinion of facts we cannot deny at this point in history. I’m proud of how our team played yesterday. That said..the same level of performance in the future will not be acceptable. I believe we can all agree on that. Coach has done a great job with the players he has to work with and those players who proudly show up every day have fought hard for everything they have achieved.
GBO..!!

Thank you for the post. My short take on your team is there are very few holes. Except one that is glaring and obvious. If a team that has equal talent (ie Bama) can stack the line and make Stetson throw the ball, this could be your downfall. Your qb is scrappy, and suprisingly/maddeningly mobile, but he is not good as a pure passer. Should be an interesting SECG.

I agree and as much as Gary Danielson's voice makes me want to scratch a plate with a fork to silence it, he was right in his Baker Mayfield comparison. If everything is clicking he is very good. Put the game on him alone it is a coin flip. Still, he got the team fired up with his legs and they never looked back.

That was as impressive a defense as I have seen. Even when they gave up big plays they settled back in and shut us down. The speed to close was unreal; there would be an angle then its gone... As a fan of football I was impressed by that Defense. Even Saban likes watching them play.

We sat in the visitor section with absolutely zero problems. Love my Vols football and the effort they play with. Opposing fans are worried about the Vols. I’m very much looking forward to seeing the future.

Fake or real injuries to the opponents defense to slow down the game is a dagger to the Vols. They move fast and effective. Slow them down like a regular offense, fuggedaboutit!

How many times were we in the redzone and came away with nothing! 3rd and 2, 4th and 1....jeez, we left points out there.

Simply said, Georgia's the better team. But I like the direction we're headed.

We both have something in common….we hate Florida 😆. I hope jawja wins it all. Y’all have a great team and quarterback is a class act. His interview after the game was refreshing.

Three Tennessee WRs (Tillman, Jones, and Payton) are very good, but Payton was injured early in the game. It cost Tennessee on at least one deep throw.

Appreciate the kind words. Ignore the rednecks.

Been a long time since our hated rivals stopped in to respect us but at the same time let us know who's king of the mountain right now 😆...I hope they all get the runs while stuck 10 deep inside an elevator til Monday but most fans appreciate a good game.

was hoping to hang in a little longer. It went about how I thought after the 1st quarter. We have way too many players playing every snap and it shows late. UGA is elite…gonna be an interesting playoff run for y’all!!

Think it's great to hear from a civil rival. We saw a great football team. I consider them our biggest rival- we recruit GA, we ocassionally beat them too. The SEC Championship game is gonna be a barnburner. Whoever wins gets the No 1 seed, in my opinion. SEC Rules!

I think a lot of disappointment coming to the surface today. Until last night, we still had hope of beating one of the big three (even if the chance was slight). Now we are having to face the reality that nothing like that is even possible for at least 300 odd days. That song and dance is really getting old and the reality of a better team right now can only go so far to salve the real pain of continued futility against our biggest rivals

Ga had defensive lineman and backers that could chase down Hooker as he tried to turn the corner. Never seen anything like it. He ain't slow at such. That D is legit, but can be burnt deep, though rarely.

Brighter days are ahead!
Next year we will upset two of our big three, Bama and Florida. Both will be at home, Heup will have had more time coaching up players, we will have recruited better players especially from the portal.
But we are probably another year away from upsetting GA, we will lose a close one to GA at their place, but we will scare the heck out of them.

When do we beat them occasionally? 16-6 against us since 2000 and have won the last 10 of 12 meetings
