My picks, any suggestions?

My only worry in this game is the letdown. VT enjoyed their outside shot at the NT, but didn't get it. Kansas is just excited to be in a BCS bowl.

i'd be very surprised to see VT not get up for the game. SC on the other hand is playing in its 3rd straight rose bowl and is playing an opponent they unquestionably think is inferior. if pete can get em up for this game, i'll be very impressed.

Can Tedford get his team up for Air Force?

When the line opened Air Force +6, I thought it was heaven. I clicked on Air Force +6, confirmed my bet amount, and this took me about 5 seconds. Well, in those 5 seconds, the line was bet down to +3.5.

vegas loves Cal this year. we're always favored by too many points. i think we're like 3-9 against the spread this year.

west vigina chokes in every big game. oklahoma big. bama gets the elephant beat out of them.

based on ?

Ive studied this matchup closely and it was one of the harder games to pick. Are you looking through Orange tinted glasses or are you thinking CU can really do this thing?

CU will beat them. Bama never shows up in bowl games except for TTech and they still almost blew that one. I would take the points. But dont have any stats for you so based on gambling for toooo long

Rutgers is the easiest.

but, back to Bama:

Saban will get em hyped because everyone is pissed at him and he desperately needs validation for his check. They have lost 4 straight though and their bowl record as of late is less than stellar. On the flip side, Colorado is dead even in total yards per game, rushing, passing are little varied but they are still close aswell. CU beat Ok when they were ranked 3rd in the Nation. They beat Texas Tech in Lubbock too. Its Cody's first bowl game and the coache's son maybe pumped up too much. Plus the off the feild distraction as of late.

One last figure:
Bama allowed only an avg. of 21 pts per game.
CU = 29. Not so stellar Defence against a SEC team...

Im sticking with Bama in a close game.

USC is a pretty easy pick, I'll have to agree with that. And while no one else wants to say it, the gators are pretty much a lock too. A home game for the heisman against the team with no coach.

florida will beat michigan by 100. and not looking through the orange tinted glasses as you say but tenn will win by three touchdowns i bet. wisconsin eats too much cheese.

1. Nothing against Utah or Cal but I hope Navy and AFA win. I always support our men (and women) in uniform. They have guys who just want to play football, and their kind of success should be rewarded.

2. KU had a great year, and those kids should be proud for themselves and their school. But I don't see them doing much against VT. KU lost to the only real team on their schedule in a game not as close as the score. VT will have best defense KU has seen all year and has played a much tougher schedule.

3. CU vs. Bama is one of those games that should never be scheduled. How winning half of your games deserves any reward is beyond me. Bama hasn't won since they whipped us and has played some uninspiring ball (apart from LSU) while doing so. I think Colorado wins...maybe in a squeaker.

4. Sorry, TX. Unless Joe Pa brings his boys out in burnt orange uni's, I think PSU takes that one.

i'd say AFA has a 70% chance of beating Cal.

I still think SC doesn't get up for Ill and it ends up being a game. That and the fact that SC has big time problems defending the spread.

5. The "Little East" doesn't have a team remotely like OU. If Slaton & White come to play, it gets interesting and WVU might win. Otherwise, I think OU wins comfortably.
