I saw the XO of our Company try to jump off one of those onto a camel, the camel moved and he busted his asss
 
Yank, you got this. It's only temporary. I hated being Ops NCOIC, but now that I've moved on, it was amazing how quickly I rebounded. Just keep pushing on and making the Army the Army it should be. You motivate me too much to quit now!

It's not just the staff job. It's the Army in general. Not what it used to be(cliche I know).
 
I feel relatively confident. The only worry I have is the moral waiver. DARBA saw fit to restrict it and I was selected for E-7 so that gives me a little hope.
 
I'm SHARP qualified. I don't go out of my way to find try and start s*** and get recognition.
