Yank, you got this. It's only temporary. I hated being Ops NCOIC, but now that I've moved on, it was amazing how quickly I rebounded. Just keep pushing on and making the Army the Army it should be. You motivate me too much to quit now!

I feel relatively confident. The only worry I have is the moral waiver. DARBA saw fit to restrict it and I was selected for E-7 so that gives me a little hope.

Yank, I sure would like to hear your thoughts on this. God knows I have a couple and they do not fit into today's military, I'm sure.
I do not believe in sexual harassment, assault, nor belittling people. I can not see what she did rising to the award of an ARCOM.
