Your friend sounds like a real mover and shaker.
He isn’t neither, he just wants what the fans want, to get a good start on this program right away. He is so frustrated like I am, but he is the donation guy. I only donate a little, and I don’t have the power to influence like him. Trust me, he isn’t ruing and I respect him of that.

Yeppers, it gets old, but a little news is better than nothing. I’m going to share from time to time what I hear from him.

thank you for sharing, i think what the others are saying... its hard to separate the fluff B.S. from credible intel. ive not been posting here long, but i am already getting a vibe for who has the credible stuff... it doesnt take long.
Obviously youve been here longer, so you know what im saying.

Thanks! Yes, I know what you’re saying, and no, I can’t give you everything, because I don’t even know what is going on. The posters that gives you everything, and claiming to know? Well! They’ll give you everything, I guess. Me? I’ll just give you a little from time to time. I wish I could give you more, but I’m not the person for that.

Old School?? Go for Tressel.

I don't personally believe anything about Gruden. He's a bad choice and always was.
Sadly, those who bought into it were the loudest and didn't want to think for themselves.

I love you insiders! Your track record is so spot on. Stop with the Les Miles. He was good recruiter in LA and living off of what Saban built. But you don't seem to watch much SEC football. He was the butt of jokes. LSU fans couldn't stand him. His offense did not exist. No one has done as little with a much as Les Miles. TERRIBLE HIRE!

Kiffin is coaching for a conference championship Saturday. If we hire a coach this week, it's not him.

you obviously don't know kiffin well. he'd leave that team after the coin toss if he thought he was getting a better deal here.

I don't believe that. If we announce a coach this week, it won't likely be him. He can still work behind the scenes this week.

From friends in the NFL that are friends with Gruden, Gruden was never contacted by UT or anyone associated with UT including any agents etc. The powers never reached out and simply never wanted Gruden.
Believe what you want but that was straight from Gruden through a close friend of his.

I love Volnation but I don't trust anyone that brings info or lack thereof. If I do, I take it with a grain of salt. No way Gruden was offered. Especially after the Schiano mess. Hence why Currie never hired a search firm. He had his guy from the get go. Fortunately, Volnation spoke up.
