im gonna have to go with Worley. He is aware he isnt coming in to save the day yet he is willing to accept a role as learning the position from a college level. Very humble. Sometimes those are the best players ( see Eric Berry)

What other option does he have? Not one major team that offered Worley was asking him to come in and "save the day".

Also, Eric Berry came to UT with one thing on his mind...taking someone's job.
