Okay for starters I'm new, to being a Vol fan and football fan in general. I live in the great state of Tn but have never really been interested in anything related to Tennessee football and have often thought Vol fans were a bit too
Over the top. Every Friday during football season coworkers would wear their orange and white to supports their beloved Vols and there i was in regular attire, an oddball in their eyes I'm sure, this non-football loving and non-vol loving girl who just didn't mesh well. I could tell you absolutely nothing about the football program except for what the general public knew that Tennessee was not doing well. I could care less. Then, one morning back in December I awoke to a very REAL DREAM. I couldn't remember the complete details but I remember when I awoke I had an overwhelming feeling that The Tennessee Football program was about to do great things. I felt it was BIG, I couldn't shake that DREAM for the next few days, I mean why would I have such a DREAM I honestly never had any lingering thoughts on football at all. I was so interested I began googling everything I could about the team, I had learned Pruitt was just hired after a long and crazy search for a new football coach and that Jones was just fired. So I became kind of obsessed with learning everything I could, because I felt this team is on the verge of something extraordinary. I don't know how but in the process I've become a fan after following the recruiting process and summer practice. I'm still learning a lot, and I don't know if my DREAM meant anything but in my heart i feel like something good will happen soon. AND somewhere along the line i have become a fan of Tennessee. I'll be watching my first Tennessee football game today hoping for a win.
GO VOLS!

Can’t tell if serious or if a regular has just been drinking all morning. If serious glad to have you!

Sounds weird. Welcome to the board. Just a dream man, even if we do great things.

i have stress Vol dreams frequently. Starting like 3 months prior to football season every year, i'll start having dreams where the Vols are playing their opening game against the exact real life opponent, but they always get wrecked.

And somehow by the end of the game, the other team ends up being Oregon instead of the team they started the game against.

Queue the night sweats.

Mine are always about a final drive and I always wake up before seeing the result

I'm glad you had that dream, Mei.

Folks get to Volunteer Nation by many paths, yours is among the more mystical!

Go Vols!
