Butch should be required to have a conference call with VN. We could certainly straighten out this coaching staff.

There are a lot of Vfls that love the Vols that still live in Knoxville.
They know the game and only want what is best for UT.

What if Butch and his staff held a conference call with these guys every Sunday afternoon for an hour.
It might be worth the staffs time to hear some outside perspectives in what these guys thought about the previous Saturday's game.

A group like Fulmer, Majors, Ainge, Swain, Haynesworth, Manning, Dewey Warren, Doug Matthews, etc.
Have each guy take two minutes or so to read their notes that they made during the game.
I really think this would help our offensive coaching staff.

Ok, I have on my armor, tell me how stupid this idea is.
