What does JA look like ? Is he the clear #1 QB?
Is McCoy dressed out? What is the timeframe for his return?
What does the RB room depth chart look like?
How much time is Boo spending on offense?
Are Matthews, Staley, and Brazzell the top 3 WR?

This what JA looks like, kinda looks like a starter.
It is doubtful McCoy will be dressing out.
There are 6 RBs on the roster, depth is just fine. Lewis, Bishop, and Thomas will all see playing time. Morris will see time in blowouts.
Majority of Boo's time will be on defense.
Yes, Matthews, Braley and Brazzell will be the starters. How much Boo plays offense will probably depend on how soon Jefferson is ready and how quickly the freshman WRs get ready. Boo could very well wind up WR4. I've heard talk Jefferson might not be fully ready.

What does JA look like ? Is he the clear #1 QB? I sure hope so as he is our best hope at 9+ wins
Is McCoy dressed out? What is the timeframe for his return? My guess...no contact jersey...off to the side
What does the RB room depth chart look like? 1. Bishop, 2. Lewis 3. Star
How much time is Boo spending on offense? My Guess is 7-10 plays per game
Are Matthews, Staley, and Brazzell the top 3 WR? 100%!

I still think JA will be a step forward. Nico, despite his potential, was not a game changer last year. I think JA will do better in Heup's system, is more comfortable reading defenses and way more comfortable pulling the ball and running if it opens up. My only negative I have heard about him from his time at App State and even from some of my buddies downtown who have watched him practice is he is a gunslinger. He will go for it. Sometimes it is a thing of beauty, sometimes it goes to the wrong person. He threw 10 interceptions in '23 and 14 in '24. That was not against SEC secondaries either. I am hoping our coaches can somehow make him a little less daring and hopefully call for a lot of high percentage passes.

Agree 100% I have been rewatching 2024 games and it is painful how bad Nico was at times. For every dime he would throw there were 3-4 follow up passes where he missed wide open WRs

Nico, did not seem to me, to be very good at reading pre-snap defenses. Also I do not think that he was able to anticipate a receiver coming open. He would wait until the receiver was open and then depend upon his arm strength to get the ball there. That lead to a lot of missed throws. If JA is able to anticipate the receivers coming open, we should increase our point output considerably. JH's offense is designed to create open space for a receiver. Hooker could anticipate that opening and that is what made him so good. To do that you have to get your butt into the film room and do some serious studying.
