Last year defense rankings:

WKU was tied for 66th spot on passing defense @ 212.83 yards per game
  • UT ranked 4th @ 160.42 yards per game
WKU was tied for 85th for rushing defense @ 164.42 yards per game
  • UT ranked 12th - 103.08 yards per game

Also worth noting, they have a very young secondary this year.

The running game. O-line will man handle WKU and all the RBs will get reps. Hardesty will sit most of the 2nd half as we'll be comfortably in the lead by then.

I'll be disappointed if we don't have at least 250 rushing yards. If we do, then Stevens will play the entire 3rd quarter to give him some game reps.

Eric Berry.

He will have multiple interceptions with the first one having enough return yards to set a new NCAA record.:worship:

I agree with Eric Berry. I think when he breaks the record that will give him the MVP then he will just keep adding on to the stats for the rest of the game. I would like to see Brandon Warren have a good game as well.

I think it'll be Crompton based on the fact that even a mediocre outing would be seen as such an improvement from any game last year that it would warrant the recognition. Also, I agree the boost in self-confidence would help get him ready for games against UCLA and more importantly Florida

I am going with Chris Walker- a couple of sacks, a turnover, and just generally disruptive all day. Hardesty will look good, just not many carries. I would say 15 carries around 90 yards.

Hardesty. The game will be about setting the tone as a physical team. They'll get the run game going and use it to give Crompton a decent situation.

I'm gonna go with Gerald Williams. He's finally got his shot and nobody on that O-line will be able to stop him. 2 sacks, numerous hurries, forced fumble and in the backfield all day.
