if we could win all five of these it would be a great first season for Heupel. 3 out of those 5 games are at Neyland we need to protect our home turf better this season.

What is your must win game of the season for Heupel’s first season? The Pitt game to me is the first must win it’s at home and a win would give us a 3-0 start before the Florida game along with getting a good start on getting bowl eligible.

South Carolina. Muschamp left SC a dumpster fire. Heupel cannot lose to first year coach Shane Beamer and give anyone the idea SC is farther along than Tennessee.

I assumed that against Georgia State a few years ago too.
Yeah, but I doubt Heupel will treat the Bowling Green game like a scrimmage the way Pruitt did. He won't take it for granted. I'm not sure Pruitt's dumb@$$ even prepared the team for Georgia State. It didn't look like it. Bowling Green is really bad. We should win easily.

Definitely looked like Pruitt and company completely overlooked Georgia State. The thing that pissed me off the most about that game was that it wasn't a fluke win for GA ST. GA ST just totally outplayed us. There was no excuse for it, the coaches didn't have our guys ready. Pruitt had that Bama arrogance without the goods to back it up.
