No disrespect to you but no thanks to them!! I've heard rumblings though that somehow TN stands to make more money playing in Nashville and everyone knows where money stands these days! I'm personally hoping for something in Florida to be played on a Saturday or Sunday and close to some great seafood!!

I say the Music City Bowl can see which hand fills up first if you know what i mean. Tampa or Bust!!!

I prefer the Gator too but Deerpark said it will be the MCB and he is an AD insider about this stuff -- all about money according to him

Well, i could actually afford to see the Vols in the MCB. Would either be a day trip or stay with family. With the holidays, my budget is too shot to travel to FL and pay whatever exhorbitant hotel prices they will be charging. Tickets and one tank of gas are affordable.

The practices PLUS the chance to put an 8 instead of a 7 on the season win count. Subtle distinction but it has psychological benefits to potential recruits IMHO.

I figured the experts here at Volnation would be happy if we got a Birmingham Bowl invite after the way this season started. The sense of entitlement amazes me.

At this point, I don't care what bowl it is. I would even take a rematch against Georgia St or BYU at this point.

I don't see Tennessee going to Music city either, not when outback and gator pick first. The picking order is what counts. I personally want to go to Florida, no matter what the payout is both are considered better bowls and are because of the picking order. The higher the picking order the much better chance of a better or most prestigious matchup. GBO!!!!!
